Volunteer for July 4 Parades

The RMHS Music Boosters and students need parents, family, and friends to help out with the two July 4 parades in Arlington Heights and Rolling Meadows. This is the first time many of the students will be performing, and they can really use your support.

We use VolunteerSpot.com to coordinate volunteers for the parade. It’s an on-line system that’s free and easy to use. You do not need to register with VolunteerSpot.com, but you will need to enter your e-mail address so that it can send you confirmations and reminders. If you have any questions, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator.

Information about volunteering (including sign-up links) is on the Volunteer page, but for your convenience, you can click the VolunteerSpot button above to see the list of things to do and bring. Sign up for as many things as you’d like, and sign up quickly so you get your preferences. The parades are only a few weeks away, but don’t worry because VolunteerSpot will automatically e-mail you a reminder two days before.

When you’re done signing up on VolunteerSpot, be sure to click the big red Confirm button to confirm your choices. You will get a confirmation e-mail for the tasks you’ve signed up for.

If you have any questions or suggestions, please leave a comment on this post. (You can log in using your Facebook or Twitter credentials.)

A map of the Arlington Heights and Rolling Meadows parade routes is below. Whomever signs up for the Bring doughnuts task on July 4 should also sign up for the Order doughnuts task on June 27.
