Butter Braid & Scrip Gift Card Orders Due Friday

Please remember to turn in your Butter Braid and Great Lakes Scrip Gift Card orders (and money) by this Friday, April 20th. Orders should be picked up on Monday, April 30th, from 5 to 7 PM in the RMHS south cafeteria. If you have any questions or you’re unable to pick up your Butter Braid order, please contact Cindy Bieda at (847) 632-0309 or dbieda5931@gmail.com to make other arrangements since we don’t have facilities to store them.

Spring Fundraisers

This spring, all music students have another opportunity to sell ButterBraid pastries or Great Lakes Scrip Gift Cards in order to raise money for their individual accounts. For your convenience, both fundraisers have the same order deadline and pick-up date. Extra order forms are available in the Band or Orchestra rooms. Please see below for more information.

For every ButterBraid pastry sold, you can earn $5.20 to benefit your student music account. All orders & money are due to your director by April 20th. Pick-up date is Monday,  April 30th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in the North Cafeteria. We are not able to store the frozen products for you, so please be sure to have this pick up date on your calendar. If you have any questions, please contact Cindy Bieda at 847-736-5107 or dbieda5931@gmail.com.

The Great Lakes Scrip Gift Cards are great for Mother’s/Father’s Day and graduation. You may also use them as pre-paid cards for places where you regularly shop. You receive full face value, and your student account receives as much as 10% back from the vendor. Save now for future trips, uniforms, music lessons, and more. All orders & money are due to your director by April 20th. 2018 Spring Fundraising Forms

RMHS MUSIC BOOSTERS MEETING, TUESDAY APRIL 3rd

Please join us this Tuesday for the monthly RMHS Music Boosters meeting. We meet near the back of the cafeteria in the Faculty Lounge at 7pm.

We will be taking nominations for elected officers for next year’s RMHS Music Boosters executive committee that include the Boosters President, Vice-president, Secretary and Treasurer. Elections will take place at the May meeting.

Along with the elections, we will begin to make plans for many of the year end activities

Orlando Trip Blog

The Orlando Trip Blog is now active! Be sure to follow all of the exciting and fun experiences on our upcoming trip to Orlando, FL. We will post descriptions, pictures, and videos from our activities during the week, beginning this Saturday with our farewell concert at 3:00 PM. We will be recapping the success of the 33rd annual Jazz in the Meadows event. Also, the Directors will give us an update on how preparation and planning for the Disney trip is going.

Music Boosters support the various bands and directors. Everyone is encouraged to participate and help shape the activities for the students throughout the school year and build life long memories.
