Cheesecake and Scrip Gift Card orders are due to Mr. Buti or Mr. Carroll on or before this THURSDAY, November 30th. Late orders cannot be accepted in order to ensure timely delivery. Cheesecake and Gift Cards need to be picked up on Monday, December 11th from 5:00-7:00 PM in the North Commons. Questions about Cheesecakes: email cheesecakes@rmhsmusicboosters.
Seeing any supportive family members over the Thanksgiving holiday? The next Cheesecake and Great Lakes Scrip gift-card orders are due Thursday, November 30. Bring the completed orders and payment to Mr. Buti or Mr. Carroll.
Be sure to print your name and phone number on each order sheet. Make checks payable to RMHS Music Boosters and payment is due with the order forms (not at pick-up).

Pickup for Cheesecakes, Great Lakes Scrip Gift Cards, Meat Sticks, and Mix’d Dipz is Monday, November 13, 5-7 PM in the cafeteria. Please plan to stop by and pick up your order(s) during this time. Please join us for the monthly RMHS Music Boosters meeting this Tuesday, November 7th. We meet near the back of the cafeteria in the Faculty Lounge at 7pm.
Music Boosters support the various ensembles and directors. Everyone is encouraged to participate and help shape the activities for the students throughout the school year and build lifelong memories.

The RMHS Music Boosters work closely with the directors in helping to plan and support such things as concerts, trips, camps, band competitions and Jazz in the Meadows.

Four fundraisers are coming to a close this week, CHEESECAKES, GREAT LAKES SCRIP GIFT CARDS, DIP MIXES and MEAT SNACK STICKS. Turn your order forms in by Thursday November 2nd. Because products need to be ordered from the supplier, late orders will not be processed.
Orders and money are due to the directors on November 2nd. Product pick-up is November 13th from 5-7 pm.

With a number of choices this fall, students can pick an item that they feel most comfortable selling. Students do not have to participate in any fundraising but it is a great way to earn money for your student account and expenses related to the music program, including the Disney Spring trip.
Profits on the various programs vary:
Cheesecakes sales earn students $6 profit for every one sold.
Scrip gift cards earn a percentage that can range from 5% to 15% of the card value.
Meat snack sticks earn $0.45 on every $1 snack stick sold.
Dip mixes earns $2.50 for every$5 packet sold.
