JITM Final Stretch: Here is what we still need…

RMHS Music Booster Parents and Friends,

You have all been AMAZING in filling in these spots and getting us fully staffed for the 32nd Annual Jazz in the Meadows, now only 2 days away!  Thank you so much for all you do for the students and the entire program!
It is crunch time and we still have 30 essential time spots that we really need to have volunteers filling by Friday, if at all possible.
Here is where you can still help:

MCs/Announcers Sign Up Now!

Our MCs/Announcers serve as the face and voice of Jazz in the Meadows.  They welcome and announce each band right before it performs and help keep each competition room running on time and without issue.  If you like people and do not mind reading a prepared script to a small audience, you will LOVE this job and be amazed at how quickly your shift flies by with all the activity in your room.  Plus, this is the only position for which we offer an optional training session the night before.  Please consider volunteering in this critical role in either or both time slots.

  • 8 a.m.-noon –  We need 3 more.
  • 12:30-4:30 p.m. – We need 6 more.

Door Monitors Sign Up Now!

Door Monitors help the MCs/Announcers keep things running smoothly in each performance room by maintaining order outside the door.  Please consider volunteering in this essential role in either or both time slots.

  • 8 a.m.-noon –  We need 4 more.
  • 12:30-4:30 p.m. – We need 3 more.
