Everyone is invited to the Jazz in the Meadows (JITM) planning meeting this week. This is a quick meeting to discuss ideas for improving the festival, how to fill the open key volunteer roles we have, cool things we want to do to commemorate the 30th anniversary, etc. Whether you have worked several JITM events or never volunteered for it before, please join us this week and let us know what you’re thinking.
This month we’ll discuss our ad book, initial logistics regarding our guest artist: Gordon Goodwin’s Big Phat Band, the media plan for the event, and other topics as needed.
What: JITM Planning MeetingWhen: Tuesday, Nov. 18Where: Faculty LoungeTime: 7 pm – ending no later than 8:30 pmExtras: Refreshments will be provided.
Remember, Jazz in the Meadows is our single largest fundraiser of the year, enabling us to support the bands, orchestras, and color guard throughout the year. Whether you can give a few hours or an entire day, every contribution is appreciated in making this a success. I look forward to seeing you there!
