JAZZ IN THE MEADOWS SHIRTS – EARLY ORDER

For a very short time we are offering you a chance to pre-order your JITM shirts.  BUT HURRY.  Orders are due Thursday February 9th.

By pre-ordering your shirt you have the option of selecting a long sleeve shirt, new for 2017. The committee is also making arrangements to have the shirts to the High School by Friday, February 24th for you.

The order form has been provided below.

Orders and payments need to be turned in to Mr. Buti or Mr. Carroll by Thursday, February 9th.

Shirts will be available for sale the day of Jazz in the Meadows, February 25th, but they do sell out with some sizes not available later in the day.  Order early, be sure to get yours.

 

2016 Boosters Spirit Wear For Sale

2016 logoA new school year is here and it’s time to show your support for the RMHS Music Boosters but purchasing SPIRIT WEAR. All items are reasonably priced to encourage you and your student to get outfitted for cool nights on the practice field or around school. Two great designs and two shirt styles allow you to mix and match your look.

Please check out the Boosters Store link on the website to place your order. Orders are being taken until August 26th. Orders placed on the site will be confirmed. Money can be mailed to the address found in the link or turned into the directors. Payments must be made prior to picking up your spirit wear.

Jazz & Orchestra Concerts

supportThis Thursday, May 19 and next Thursday, May 26 are the final instrumental concerts for the 2015-16 school year. We are still in need of volunteers for hospitality and tickets. Before each of these concerts, we are also in need of volunteers for to help with band polo shirt & shoe fittings. All of these events can be found on the Volunteer page. Scroll down the list and click the sign up button. We need your help. Please consider volunteering.

Garage Sale & Spirit Wear Info

GARAGE SALE – OVER 30 FAMILES – THIS SATURDAY

Stop by the Rolling Meadows High School parking lot and find your treasure. Sales help individual’s students earn money for school year expenses.

Have treasures to sell and have not signed up for a FREE spot to sell in. We still have room for you. Come on by before 8am to sign in on site and we will find you a spot.

Garage Sale, Spirit Wear and Music Booster meetings

It is the beginning of a new school year and time for a couple of important reminders.

GARAGE SALE

It’s a trip year, NEW YORK CITY here we come, and the garage sale is a great way to start making some money to pay for the trip or just build up your students personal band account for future needs. 100% of the money you earn from selling your stuff goes directly to your personal student account. Of course it does not need to all go into your student account. You can put as much or as little as you choose.

 RMHS MUSIC BOOSTER MEETING – TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 1

Our first booster meeting will take place on Tuesday Sept 1st at 7pm.

 Please join us for the monthly RMHS Music Booster meeting. We meet near the back of the cafeteria in the Faculty Lounge at 7pm as we begin to plan many of the new school year activities.

The RMHS Music Booster work closely with the directors in helping to plan and support such things as band competitions, concerts, trips, camps and Jazz in the Meadows.
