Music Boosters

The Music Boosters is an all-volunteer organization comprised of parents, faculty, and friends whose purpose is to support the instrumental music programs at the high school. We discuss and organize fundraising activities that support the marching band, color guard, symphonic, concert, jazz bands, and orchestra. We help at every music event sponsored by RMHS (and even some others, such as parades). We are always interested in hearing new ideas from parents with students in the music program. We also would like to hear any new fundraising ideas where students can raise money to finance their music camps and trips.

Meetings

Please join us near the back of the cafeteria in the Faculty Lounge on the first Tuesday of each month, September through May. All parents of music students whether in Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Concert Orchestra, Symphony Orchestra, Color Guard, or Jazz Band are welcome to attend our meetings. We support the entire Music Department at Rolling Meadows High School. If you have any ideas or are thinking of joining the board, come out and see what we do and how you can help.

Participation

Show your support by joining the Music Boosters. Print this form, fill it out, and return it to Mr. Buti, Mr. Carroll, or at a Music Boosters meeting. Make checks payable to RMHS Music Boosters. The membership fee for a family is $15 for the year. We include all members in the Friends of RMHS Music Boosters music department directory.
